Bernard M. Gordon – Chairman

Received his B.S and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1949. Considered the “father of analog to digital conversion” for his inventions and contributions to signal translation, medical tomography and other high-precision instrumentation, he has more than 200 patents worldwide. He founded Analogic Corporation and is now Chairman Emeritus of the Board. Prior to Analogic, he was the President and co-founder of Epsco, Incorporated. In 1986, he received the National Medal of Technology from President Reagan, and in 1991, he was elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering and has been the recipient of several honorary engineering doctoral degrees. He is a former Trustee of Tufts University

Olof Johnson – President and Chief Engineer

Is a co-founder of Photo Diagnostic Systems, Inc.

As Director of Development at PhotoDetection Systems, he lead a team of engineers to develop a whole-body PET/CT and a mobile NeuroPET product both of which were granted FDA clearance. His previous experience includes serving as President and Co-founder of ComputerDesign, Inc., Chief Engineer of the W.M. Keck Dynamic Image Analysis Facility, Chief Engineer of Caviforce/Solltech, and Research Engineer in the Department of Physics at Boston University. He received his degree in Physics from University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

He is currently a member of the Industrial Advisory Board of the Gordon Center for Subsurface Sensing and Imaging Systems at Northeastern University.

Ross Brown – Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Brown was Corporate VP of Operations at Analogic Corporation for 15 years and served for 25 years as a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to joining Analogic in 1984, Mr. Brown was Senior VP of CMD Division at CBS. Prior to his stint at CBS, Mr. Brown held the position of VP of engineering of the WCCI division of the Telex corporation.

Frank Coppolino – Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer

Mr. Coppolino has over 35 years of financial management experience with broad experience as Manager of Strategic Planning, Manager of Corporate Finance, Senior Financial Systems Business Analyst, Treasurer and Corporate Controller of public and private companies, including Analogic Corporation, Polaroid Corporation, Microwave Associates and New England Business Service. He also has several years’ experience leading major software implementation programs in addition to developing financial initiatives supporting strategic business growth. He has assisted in the startup of ecommerce businesses and provided financial consulting services to medical/dental practices. Mr. Coppolino currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Gordon Foundation and the Gordon Charitable Remainder Trust with financial responsibilities for their portfolio companies.
Mr. Coppolino received his MBA from Suffolk University and is a member of Financial Executives International.

Alex A. Van Adzin – Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporation Secretary

Mr. Van Adzin has broad experience as the SVP/VP & Chief Legal Officer of public and private companies, including Analogic Corporation, Mercury Computer Systems, and ManagedComp, Inc. He has also served as the Chief Representative of a U.S. company’s China Representative Office as well as a Director on the Boards of a Chinese high-tech company, an Indian automotive joint venture, and a European medical device firm. His work encompasses corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, financings, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, litigation, employment, real estate, and extensive international experience. Mr. Van Adzin holds a B.A. from Columbia University, an M.C.P. from Harvard University, and a J.D. from Boston University Law School.
